**Printing, sublimation, embroidery, stickers are inspected by quality staff to check if the printing quality is good, and according to the approved control samples and customer designs.
** The material is then sent to the suture along with the control suture sample for mass production. We have a line manager for each seam line to check the quality and prevent errors and mistakes in semi-finished products.
** Production Managers and Product Managers also inspect and sign off stitched batches before going to the inspection department.
** The inspection department performs trimming, cleaning, pressing and inspection measurements before the final inspector inspects the goods.
** The final inspector checks the goods against the control samples. He inspects and inspects seam quality, size, material tone, label quality and printing quality before packing the goods in plastic bags.
** Metal detectors detect needles and other metals in packaged goods before products are packed into cartons.
