Introduction to CNC system
1. Each module of the system is connected by CAN bus, with modular design and high integration to ensure the stability of system operation.
2. Independently designed EDM closed-loop servo system, adaptable to various working conditions, with a minimum control accuracy of 1um.
3. The servo module is installed on the host machine, and the motor control and signal feedback lines do not need to be connected to the control system, which greatly reduces the complexity of the installation technology.
4. Special mirror processing circuits, graphite processing circuits, and low electrode loss processing circuits.
5. The main control module is not controlled by PC, but adopts embedded system design, which reduces the complexity of the system and ensures better stability.
6. The simple-to-operate hand control box greatly improves efficiency, and three-axis operations can be completed immediately through the hand control box.
