Product Description
ThisFully automatic custom chemical stainless steel stirred tank reactorSuitable for reactions in the chemical industry and pharmaceuticals. The reactor body can be equipped with honeycomb jacket, pipe jacket or overall jacket structure, and can also be heated and cooled. The inner surface is polished by electrolytic mirror, the sealing head is processed by molding or spinning machine, and the nozzle and dead angle are transitioned by R angle. All components are processed in accordance with GMP standards. Agitator styles are anchor, round, frame and turbine. Rotating machinery can use cycloidal reducer or stepless reducer. The sealing device is a mechanical seal. Heating or cooling can be nested, half-pipe or partitioned. The heating method can adopt steam heating, electric heating and heat conduction oil to meet the needs of various working environments such as acidity, high temperature, wear and corrosion. Acid resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
