1. Can I have my own design? Are there any restrictions?
A: Yes, most of our cushions are custom designed. There is no color limit, the maximum number of colors we can do on one mat is 12.
2. I only want to make 1 piece, is it possible?
A: Yes, 1 piece is acceptable. The ideal production order quantity is 100 square meters or more.
3. Can I get samples for free?
A: Yes, we can provide you a free sample of 1 piece of existing designs within 20x30 cm, so freight collect. For samples in your own designs, sample cost will depend on size.
4. Can the floor mat be the same as the design?
A: Due to the process of printing on the fiber surface, the PMS color and design can only be matched as closely as possible. Fiber absorbs dye differently, we're not printing on paper. But most of our customers are happy with the pads they receive.
5. What is the production time?
A: Usually our production is about four weeks after all details are confirmed, the more you order, the longer the production time may be.
6. What is the size of the logo pad?
A: Our mats are available in standard widths of 40, 60, 70, 83, 103, 136, 200 cm including rubber borders. The maximum width is 200cm and the length can reach 1500cm. Extra charges apply for special widths and shapes.
