The moisture contained in the air is the cause of rust, mold, and reduced product quality and performance. NICHIAS HONEYCLE desiccant for dehumidifiers can stably absorb moisture in the air, so it has an excellent effect on these problems. Depending on the application, NICHIAS offers HONEYCLE AC-SG for general dehumidification and HONEYCLE MS-D for ultra-low dew point.
HONEYCLE desiccant is a NICHIAS desiccant rotor product for dehumidifiers. Its composition is honeycomb structure porous carrier corrugated inorganic fiber, and impregnated with high-quality adsorbent. Our products are used in a wide range of applications ranging from rust and condensation prevention, general industrial storage dehumidification to low dew point dehumidification in harsh conditions such as chemical, semiconductor and lithium-ion battery manufacturing plants.
The main features of our products are as follows. 1. Low pressure drop Due to the honeycomb structure, the pressure drop (= ventilation resistance) is low, so it is possible to dehumidify a large amount of air while saving fan power. 2. Easy maintenance The rotor rotation system makes it easy to maintain. In addition, the unit will not be adversely affected by deliquescence as in the lithium chloride (LiCl) impregnated type. 3. Long life maintenance Excellent hydrothermal durability and long life. 4. All non-combustible materials are inorganic, so they are non-combustible. 5. AC-SG can be regenerated at low temperature. It can be regenerated at 50~60 °C, and can use the waste heat of various equipment as a regeneration heat source for dehumidification. 6. MS-D/DH is beneficial for ultra-low dew point air supply. Impregnated synthetic zeolite with extremely strong water absorption, showing excellent performance in ultra-low dew point air production below -50°C.
