Shoe Plastic Injection Molding Machine
PLC control, hydraulic motor plasticizing, full hydraulic drive, automatic cycle.
● Strong plasticizing ability, plasticizing temperature can be pre-selected and automatically controlled. Using 16/20/24 points of measurement, each station can choose the injection volume according to the mold requirements.
● Provide empty mode selection function.
● The round table is indexed by frequency converter. The scissors-type mold clamping mechanism is adopted, which is linked with the single-cylinder toggle mechanism.
● The machine is equipped with a secondary injection system and a selection function for clamping sequence.
● The indexing of the disc is smooth and easy to move and adjust.
● Disc rotation, plasticization, injection and oil supply are independently controlled.
