This series of CNC busbar processing machines has three units: punching, shearing and bending. The bending unit adopts imported PLC control system, the system is stable and the precision is high. It is used to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications. Various machining of copper-aluminum busbars such as shearing, punching (round and slotted holes), flat/horizontal bending, vertical bending and knurling can be carried out easily and quickly with the associated operating unit. Change different molds for special processing of copper bars, such as flat pressing, embossing, cable joint processing, cutting, flattening, pushing, bending, etc.

The punching unit adopts a unified six-die tooth-shaped template to ensure that the upper die and the lower die are absolutely centered, improve the concentricity of the die, and prolong the service life. The turntable is toothed, with good vision and high strength. There is no need to replace the mold frequently, and the labor intensity is greatly reduced. It's easy and quick to use. The production efficiency is significantly higher than the traditional one.
The bending unit adopts a single-layer workbench, which can ensure that the three stations work at the same time without interfering with each other. By changing different molds, flat and vertical folding can be performed. CNC controls the bending angle through imported PLC control system. Enter the busbar thickness and angle on the CNC touch screen, or enter the height and side length to get the result you need, such as Z-bend. The bending accuracy is ±1, the repeatability is ±1, and the repeatability is ±0.3. The user can input the processing data in advance, and the system will process according to the input data. Field data can be entered into the system at any time and can be recalled for repeated use.
