Working principle of 500kg/h corn peeling and degerming machine:
The cleaned and unprocessed corn enters the peeling chamber of the NF-280 corn peeling machine through the feeding port for degermination. By controlling the feeding speed of the feeding port and the pressure of the pressure valve, the peeling chamber has a certain pressure. The machine extrudes, peels, degerms, removes impurities and polishes the material between the rotating roller and the screen. Under the action of pneumatics, the corn kernels and bran are automatically separated, and qualified corn kernels can be obtained. An efficient suction chamber is installed inside the machine to remove skin and impurities during the peeling process.
