Structure and working principle
1. Structure: The ceramic filling metering pump is composed of ceramic metering parts (ceramic pump sleeve, rotary valve, metering rod), stainless steel inlet and outlet nozzles and joints. 2. Working principle of ceramic filling metering pump:
(1) The rotary valve port is aligned with the liquid inlet, and the ceramic column moves downward in a straight line to generate negative pressure suction;
(2) The rotary valve port is aligned with the liquid outlet, and the ceramic column moves upward linearly to generate positive pressure to discharge the liquid.
Cleaning and Disinfection
1. Cleaning procedure:After cleaning with pure water, rinse with water for injection; for long-term storage and initial use, remove the pyrogen, soak in 1~2% NaOH for 30 minutes, be careful not to use hot lye (the temperature should not be higher than 40 ℃), the sealing ring Do not soak in lye for too long, otherwise the elasticity will change.2. Sterilization procedure:Dry heat sterilization or high pressure moist heat steam sterilization can be used: but since the sealing ring can only withstand the temperature of 160 ℃, the sealing ring should be removed before the dry heat, and the sealing ring needs high pressure moist heat steam. (It is recommended to use high pressure moist heat steam sterilization, sterilization temperature 121℃, pressure 0.1MPa, time 30 minutes).3. Notes on cleaning and disinfection:(1) Do not contact stainless steel with chlorine-containing chemical solutions to prevent corrosion of stainless steel parts. (2) Do not put the ceramic metering element in hot water above 40°C when cleaning. Ceramic plunger and ceramic sleeve should be cleaned separately. (3) During sterilization, the rotary valve, ceramic sleeve and measuring rod should be put into special sterilization boxes respectively, and the ceramic rod and ceramic sleeve should be vertically suspended for moist heat sterilization to prevent deformation and bending due to heat; The temperature of each part naturally drops to room temperature. Damage to components due to sudden cooling should be avoided until the pump body temperature has dropped to room temperature. (4) Since the hardness of ceramics is greater than that of metals, the contact between ceramics and metals will make the surface of ceramics dirty. Clean with a small amount of concentrated sulfuric acid (hydrochloric acid); if there is yellow dirt on the pump body, soak it with 10% oxalic acid for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse with water for injection. (5) Since the hardness of ceramics is greater than that of stainless steel, the contact between ceramics and stainless steel will cause the ceramic surface to adhere to the stainless steel and cannot be removed, which may cause the filling pump to run poorly or not move and cause damage. It is recommended to use non-metallic materials as storage containers for cleaning and sterilization.
