Preparation Instructions:
Standard preparation as milk cereal after 5 months
1. Boil 80ml whole milk and 120ml fresh water per feeding
2. Cool to approx. 50 degrees Celsius, pour into a bowl
3. Gradually add 25g (approximately 5 tbsp) oatmeal powder and mix well
4. Soak for 1 minute to achieve desired consistency. Check the temperature before feeding (37°C)

Suggest:In addition to fresh milk, it can also be prepared with infant formula or follow-on milk.

1. Pour 70ml of freshly boiled warm water into a bowl
2. Add 2 tbsp oatmeal powder and 6-7 tbsp fruit puree or fruit puree
