 Auto Circuit Repair Line Repair Test Kit Diesel Sensor Signal Simulator with Diode Test Light

 

This product is an electrician combination kit, which aims to provide circuit maintenance personnel with more comprehensive tools to facilitate work and improve work efficiency.

 

(1) Guidelines for the use of stringers:
Use the hook of the lifting ring to hook the corresponding wire, rotate the handle to pierce the wire, and connect the multimeter to the cable to complete the measurement of the wire.

 

(2) Guidelines for the use of diode test lamps:

It is mainly to test the signal of the fuel injector. If there is a signal, the test light will flash. If the test light is always on or not on, it means that the injector signal is abnormal.
Puncture the two wires corresponding to the fuel injector with a lifting ring, and connect the test lamp.

 

(3) Use of potentiometer:
It mainly simulates the sensor signal, observes the change of the data flow through the corresponding computer detector, and judges whether the line is good or bad.
Main analog pressure sensor types: Pressure sensors: rail pressure sensor, oil pressure sensor, intake pressure sensor, urea pump pressure sensor, etc.
Use the analog pressure sensor as shown below. The positive and negative electrodes can be exchanged during use. The middle line must be connected to the signal line;

 

After the connection is completed, the voltage of the knob signal line will change between 0-5V to judge whether the line is good or bad.
When simulating a temperature sensor, only 2 lines are used: positive and signal can be used, and signal and negative can be used.
Main analog temperature sensor types: water temperature sensor, intake air temperature sensor, oil temperature sensor, fuel temperature sensor, urea tank temperature sensor, liquid level sensor, after-treatment exhaust temperature sensor, etc.
After the connection is completed, the voltage of the knob signal line will change between 0-5V to judge whether the line is good or bad.
