performance and structure
The cross cutting line is used to obtain flat plates from steel coils after 7-8 processes.
The bus is controlled by CNC.
After the operator puts the coil on the loading cart, the following procedure will be completed automatically.

Uncoiler
This uncoiler section is used to unwind the coils.
For coils with a thickness of 6-25mm, an uncoiler with a symmetrical structure is generally used.
This structure can hold up to 30 tons of coils.
Press shovel device
This device is used to smoothly guide the head of the coil into the pinch roller.
Two pinch leveling machine
There is a pair of pressing rollers in front of the leveling machine.
The leveling machine is a four-high structure with a total of 5 idlers (3 upper and 2 lower).
This part of the machine can flatten the coil from the uncoiler and send the coil to the shearing machine to obtain the required length of the sheet.
Shearing machine
After passing through the fixed-length device, the shearing machine can cut the steel coil into the required length.
So customers can finally get plates, such as 1m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m, etc.
All numbers can be input into PLC, and the whole machine runs automatically.
