Precautions for print head installation:

4. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. Can be wiped with paper towels and glued on. Do not add oil directly to the shaft. Excess oil can flow into the nozzle and cause damage.
5. After the machinery and circuit are correct, the waterway needs to be checked. First check whether there is insufficient water in the ink cartridge. Secondly, check whether the small cleaning blade and ink suction pump are dirty.
6. There is air inside the newly installed nozzle, so it cannot print normally immediately. Only when the air in the head is completely exhausted can the circuit be normal;
First of all, intermittent cleaning (only cleaning twice at a time, stopping for 2 minutes and then cleaning for 30 minutes) will cause excessive cleaning multiple times, causing ink to accumulate in the cleaning pump, which will not only cause the printer to mix colors, leak ink, but also waste ink. ;
