A: We will send you the quotation for the selected model or according to your requirements. Once you confirm the quotation and place the order, we will send you PI for confirmation. According to the payment term in PI, the production will be arranged immediately after the deposit is paid.
Q7. How to deal with defective products?
A: First of all, all of our products are produced under strict quality control, and the defective rate is less than 0.3%.
Secondly, we will provide 1% spare parts for key components for each order.
At the same time, for batches of defective products. We can repair them or discuss the best solution for you. In any case, we will cover all repair costs.
