Insulation waterproof non-stick high temperature flame retardant PTFE cloth roll Teflon coated glass fiber cloth
PTFE-coated glass fiber cloth is made of suspending PTFE emulsion as raw material and impregnated with high-performance glass fiber cloth. It is a new type of high-performance, multi-purpose composite material product. Because of its excellent performance, it is widely used in aviation, papermaking, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical industry, glass, medicine, electronics, insulation, construction (roofing membrane structure base fabric), grinding wheel, machinery and other fields.
PTFE properties
1. Good temperature resistance, continuous working temperature -196°C to 360°C, weather resistance, anti-aging; 2. No adhesion: not easy to adhere to any substance. Easy to clean; 3. Chemical resistance, strong acid, alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents; 4. Fire retardant, safe and non-toxic, food grade. Can withstand almost all drugs; 5. High insulation performance, anti-ultraviolet, anti-static; 6. High strength, elongation coefficient less than 5%; 7. Easy to use and long service life.
