1. Introduction:

2. Detailed information of water tank and flat plate collector:
water tank:
1) Liner material and thickness: galvanized steel plate, 0.31-0.61mm.
2) Outer tank material and thickness: stainless steel, 0.31-1.2mm.
3) Insulation material and thickness: high-density polyurethane, 55mm.
4) Available with or without pressure.
Flat panel solar collector:
Flat plate collectors basically consist of an insulated metal box with a glass or plastic cover (glass) and dark absorbing panels. Solar radiation is absorbed by the absorbing panels and transferred to the fluid circulating in the collectors in the tubes. In air collectors, the circulating fluid is air, while in liquid collectors, the circulating fluid is usually water.
Flat plate collectors heat the circulating fluid to temperatures well below the boiling point of water, best suited for applications with temperature requirements of 30-70°C(86-158°F) and/or for applications that require heat in winter.
Flat collectors can be installed in a number of ways, depending on the building type, application and collector size. Options include mounting on the roof, the roof itself or freestanding.
