work rules
The gypsum calcining process equipment production line system consists of mills, powder separators, fans, jaw crushers, vibrating feeders, hoppers, dust collectors, pipes, powder collectors, electric cabinets, motors, etc.
Large pieces of material are crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, then lifted to the buffer hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the mill for grinding. The material is ground between the ring and the roller, and rises with the airflow, the particles that cannot pass through the separator fall down and grind again, and the rest are collected as finished products. The airflow passing through the separator will enter the blower for recovery, which is a closed system.
