In order to ensure that the printed artwork is ok, we require customers to follow the following guidelines:

We prefer artwork in AI, EPS, PSD, PDF formats.
Make sure your artwork is vectorized, pathized, and rasterized.
Please ensure that the images used have a resolution of at least 300dpi (high resolution).
Please make sure to embed images used in artwork to avoid losing image links.
Please provide the pantone color code of the logo or artwork to be used.
Make sure the bleeding area is at least 3 mm.
Make sure your artwork is vectorized, pathized, and rasterized.

Once the artwork is confirmed and our official quotation invoice approved, we will proceed to produce the model. Model production time varies by product. Mock-up times and lead times are usually provided with the quotation. After the model is made, our sales team will send model photos or physical samples to customers for checking and provide confirmation for mass production.

After confirming the model, we will proceed to mass production.
At this stage, please note that we are unable to make any changes to the artwork or other specifications of the item. For tight delivery dates, we will skip model production and go straight to mass production. For this case, the customer must be sure that there will be no changes after confirming the production. If there is enough time, the photos of the first batch of production will be sent to customers for viewing.
