Working principle of Joyal high quality ball mill for iron ore grinding/gold mining machinery
Ball mills can be divided into grid type and overflow type according to different beneficiation methods, and this machine is a two-grid type ball mill.
When working, the material from the feeder evenly enters the first silo of the milling machine through the feeding hollow shaft. There are stepped or corrugated liners in the first warehouse, and steel balls of different specifications are installed in the warehouse. When the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force is generated to bring the steel balls to a certain height, and then the steel balls fall down to impact and grind the materials. After being initially ground in the first warehouse, the materials enter the second warehouse through the single-layer partition. There are liners and steel balls in the second warehouse for further grinding the materials. Finally, the powder is discharged from the discharge plate.
