We test all fabrics before incorporating them into your hockey uniform. We are experts in finding the best fabrics and instructing our clients on how to best use them. Your order begins with your fabric selection. We stock high-quality sports fabrics in a variety of popular sports colours.
Step 3: Choose the font, text and number styles you need
Decorating a player's hockey uniform with team logos, names and/or numbers can boost confidence and team spirit, which can help improve results. Cheervar has a national reputation for quality in both graphic and text capabilities. We offer professional quality screen printing, embroidery, twill and applique work, several of which we can combine to achieve your desired look. We use your design or create one for you and you can approve the final copy before printing anything.

After we have completed all the custom details and design drawings with you, we jump into action and start producing your custom sportswear.

At Cheervar, we specialize in dye sublimation printing. Unlike twill twill, sublimation doesn't add weight to the jersey. We use this method to tailor lightweight garments in any color and any pattern, no matter how outrageous. Are you looking for tie-dye, camouflage or uniquely designed jerseys?
If you prefer a more traditional look, we also offer screen printing, twill and embroidery. Badges can be added to jerseys using a combination of stitched embroidery and twill appliqués. All of our trimming, numbering and lettering is done at our factory so you know the process is the same as our custom jerseys and uniforms.
