【Production Process】
We use advanced tubular reactor technology for production. Phosphate rock (slurry) reacts with sulfuric acid, and then the reaction slurry is subjected to liquid-solid separation to produce wet-process dilute phosphoric acid, which becomes concentrated phosphoric acid after concentration. Liquid ammonia neutralizes concentrated phosphoric acid:
(1) Spray the reaction slurry on the reduced granules, and then go through processes such as drying, sieving, anti-caking packaging, and cooling to make granule products;
(2) After the reaction slurry is spray-dried, sieved, cooled and other processes, it is made into a powdery product.
