Product Description

Nylon 66

Nylon 66 is formed by the polycondensation of 1,6-hexanediamine and adipic acid. It has the advantages of high strength, good rigidity, impact resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication, etc. In particular, it has good hardness, rigidity, heat resistance and creep performance, and raw materials are easily available and low cost. Therefore, it is widely used in industry, clothing, decoration, engineering plastics and other fields

Nylon 66 plastic products are widely used in various electromechanical parts, including bearings, gears, pulley pump impellers, blades, high pressure seals, gaskets, valve seats, bushings, elevator guide rails, architectural decorative handrails, etc.

Nylon 66 can also be used in medical equipment, sporting goods, daily necessities, etc., such as baseball bats, snowboards, etc. It can also be made into films and aluminum foils to form composite films for food packaging, such as flexible packaging cans, beverages, etc.
