2. Q: How to get the price list?
A: Please email/telephone/fax us the name of the item you like and your detailed information (name, detailed address, telephone, etc.), we will send it to you as soon as possible.
 
3. Q: Does the product have a CE certificate?
A: Yes, we can provide you with CE certification according to your requirements.
 
4. Q: What is the shipping method?
A: Our products can be shipped by sea, air and express. Which method to use is based on the weight and size of the package, taking into account the customer's requirements.
 
5. Q: Can I use my own forwarder to ship the products for me?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. Then you don't need to pay shipping cost to us.
 
6. Q: What is the payment method?
A: T/T, 30% deposit before production, balance before delivery. We recommend that you transfer the full price in one go. Because of bank fees, it can be a lot of money if you transfer twice.
 
7. Q: Can you accept Paypal or Escrow?
A: Paypal and Escrow payment are both acceptable. We can accept Paypal(Escrow), Western Union, MoneyGram and T/T payment.
  
8. Q: Can we print our own brand for the lamps?
A: Yes, of course. We are glad to be one of your good OEM manufacturers in China to meet your OEM requirements.
 
9. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please send us your order by email or fax, we will confirm the PI with you. We would like to know the following information: your detailed address, phone/fax number, destination, shipping method; product information: item number, size, quantity, logo, etc.
