Product Description
Kishu Miyabi Sea Bream Rice Seasoning

We returned with a full load of treasures from Kumano Sacred Land.
Owase Bay, located on the east coast of the Kii Peninsula, overlooks Kumano Nada, where the Kuroshio Current flows, and is lined with beautiful river bends. Our home town, Sugari, is a small bay nestled in the depths of this bay.
The sea bream carefully bred from fry has a bright color and an elegant and rich taste. The highest-quality sea bream is used as an offering to the Tou-o-no-sama at Ise Jingu Shrine, and is the pride of the local residents. Such a luxurious ingredient is perfect for making a special occasion even more memorable.
Years of trial and error have gone into our company to create a stress-free environment, our own special feed and a system that ensures consistently high quality snapper. Sea bream has been carefully cultivated for two years from fry to gorgeous adults, and has become our signature product.
When we first showed this Kishu red sea bream at a fish event, a customer told us they wanted to share it with their family. This led to the development of Kishu Miyabi Sea Bream Seasoning, which is in line with our goal of creating products that combine beauty, food and health. Kishu Miyabi Sea Bream Rice Seasoning is made using large quantities of the highest quality sea bream for rich umami and sweetness without the bitter or fishy taste common to fish, and is cooked with our secret dashi stock during cooking, after a year of By trial and error, both reached the golden ratio.
Season sea bream fillets with only kosher salt. We are proud to bring to your table this gift from the sea that we have carefully bred from fry.
