Features
The hard tooth surface reducer gear is made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching to make high-grade gears. The tooth surface has high hardness, CNC grinding technology, high precision, good contact, high transmission efficiency, stable operation, and low noise; small size , light weight, long service life, high bearing capacity; easy disassembly and inspection, easy installation.
- Center distance, center height, drive number take precedence over using the priority numbering system.
- Gear parameters and structure are optimally designed by computer.
- The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing, quenching and grinding. The hardness of the tooth surface is high, and the gear precision reaches the international standard level 6.
