Product specifications:
QJ series drilling sand and mud removal integrated cleaning machine, referred to as integrated cleaning machine, is used to separate solid particles in drilling fluid after vibrating screen treatment.
Integrated desander can integrate a set of desander and desilter on one vibrating screen. The drilling fluid is first separated by a desander or filter or filter, the overflow returns to the circulation system, and the underflow is screened and processed by a vibrating screen. If necessary, the vibrating screen of the integrated cleaner can be used as a front-stage vibrating screen.
The cyclone mixer is made of wear-resistant special polyurethane material and has good resistance to fluid erosion. The feed port is designed as a tangential feed with smooth transition, which is beneficial to improving separation efficiency. The structure is smooth and the flow path is reasonable.
The degreasers are distributed in a circle, allowing the cyclone mixer to withstand uniform pressure and flow.
