Environmentally friendly aluminum passivator ------ liquid, Cr-free⁺⁶

Iperformance and application  

IC-2012It is a liquid product for passivation treatment, suitable for the chemical conversion coating process of aluminum and its alloys, and does not contain Cr+6. When mixed with water, it forms an amorphous inorganic coating on metal surfaces when dipped and sprayed. The coating has the following functions:

* Good adhesion to paint coatings and good corrosion resistance.

* Bare plating has strong corrosion resistance.

* The coating has a low conductive resistance.

IC-2012 can be used in dipping or spraying process.

Vdrying

After the components of the bath liquid react completely with the aluminum surface, rinse the excess surface with deionized water until the conductivity of the water to the surface of the workpiece is less than 25us/cm. Finally, dry the workpiece (5-20 minutes, 60~90℃) before painting. Gloves must be worn after painting to remove marks on the workpiece. The processed workpiece should be painted during the day.

IC-2012 is a fluorine-containing acidic product. Splash accidents or contact with skin or eyes may cause burns.

In case of accidental contact with the skin, wash off with water immediately, and then massage with 2.5% calcium gluconate gel for a few minutes. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse with water immediately, and then seek medical attention with 2% triethanolamine eye drops.

It is recommended to wear gloves, protective glasses, protective clothing and safety shoes during operation.

Install showers and eyewash stations near the workplace.

Do not use glass or silicon containers.

7. Storage

IC-2012 must be kept in the original sealed container in a well-ventilated environment.

This product is sensitive to cold, and it can still be heated and stirred after freezing without affecting performance.

Stay away from alkaline products.
