A fine and smooth crystalline white powder with a slight alkaline odor that absorbs carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air to form calcium carbonate. Burns to a maximum temperature of 52 degrees Celsius to dehydrate water to form calcium oxide. Relative density 2.24, melting point 5800C (dehydrated water), soluble in acid, salt and glycerol. Insoluble in water: (0.6g/200ml, 200C, strong alkaline, pH 12.4). Insoluble in alcohol, the aqueous solution is alkaline.

It is used in production lines such as wastewater treatment, power plant desulfurization, putty powder, chemical additives, etc. The content of calcium hydroxide is divided into three series: 80%-90%, 90%-93%, more than 95%, and the fineness is 325um (screening rate).
