Product Description
External clamp pipe cutting and beveling machine, the body can be divided into two petals, installed on the pipe spindle for processing. It is suitable for pipe cutting, beveling, boring inner holes, flange end face processing and outer circle processing,etc. The processing bevel angle can be selected at will, and the tool holder can move automatically.
According to different driving methods, it is divided into a small number: electric type, servo electric, hydraulic drive and
pneumatic, which converts different pipe diameter requirements. Extensive replacement of oil, petrochemical, beer, beverage and dairy products, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, water treatment, shipbuilding, electric power and other industries after cutting, directly welding; at the same time, non-standard specifications can be customized according to customer needs, cutting non-standard grooves

This machine is ideal for all types of pipe cutting, beveling and end preparation. The split frame design allows the machine to split in half at the frame and mount around the OD of the in-line pipe or fittings for strong, stable clamping. The equipment performs precision in-line cut or simultaneous cut and bevel, single point and flange facing operations, as well as weld end preparation on open ended pipe. It can be used on pipe size from 1” to 56" of most wall thicknesses and materials.
