This is a professionally built brand new flash dryer with temperature display. It features a 16"x16" heating grid opening, wheels, and a standard 110v or 220V plug, so no special wiring is required. The unit can be raised or lowered from 30" to 48". It is very heavy duty. The temperature is over 400 degrees Fahrenheit at 2 1/2" below the flash heating element. It easily cures thermoset inks for screen printing.

The unit is overweight. It has a reasonable base diameter (approximately 38 inches). It rolls easily through standard 32-inch doorways. We have Ranar flash dryer. Only about 2/3 the weight. It's lighter, so its base must have a large diameter (over 50 inches) to keep it from tipping over. (See photo above) This was quite an inconvenience as we kept tripping or kicking the Ranar flash unit while using it. Screen printing is in progress. The base of this flash dryer is compact and will not tip over due to its weight.

When using continuously for a long time, you should pay attention to the fusing of the fuse, rest and cool it, and check it regularly. Electrical components are easy to accumulate dust, please keep them properly. Clean the platform regularly before and after use. It takes about 5 minutes for the product to stabilize the temperature from the initial power-on. Temperatures will naturally fluctuate as you use the item.
