Our warranty only covers defects arising from normal use of the product, andDoes not apply to any:
1. Improper or insufficient maintenance
2. Misuse and Mishandling
3. Damage caused by wrong use of voltage
4. Physical damage (e.g. device dropped on the floor or out of water, case broken, etc.)
What is the refund policy for repairs and exchanges?
Exchanges and refunds for major defective units only. For the machines used by buyers, we can only support repair services.
Refund:We accept refunds if you report the problem to us within one week of arrival, we will only refund you. Pay after receipt of return
exchange:We accept replacements if you report the problem to us within one month of arrival. Buyers need to pay the ship back sea freight.
repair:We provide spare parts for free during the warranty period. The buyer should provide the serial number and photos of the defective machine, and the buyer needs to pay for the shipping cost.
We only support and repair items we have sold, please do not return items from other sellers.
