3  feature

a) Equipped with a pressure/temperature controller, the pressure setting range is 0.07~0.22MPa (corresponding to saturated steam temperature 115~134℃).

b) Equipped with a safety valve, when the sterilization pressure exceeds the allowable value, the pressure will be released automatically.

c) Equipped with immersion heating tube, it has anti-dry function. When the water level is low, the unit will cut off the power supply to stop heating and give an alarm.

5 working principle

This product is designed for both disinfection and sterilization:. Direct heating produces pressurized steam. Then the pressure steam acts on the microorganisms, destroys their structure, and achieves the purpose of sterilization. In the rapid cooling and sterilization procedure, first inject 6 liters of tap water into the cavity, heat for about 25 minutes to sterilize while maintaining the temperature in the cavity. The sterilization time is 35-40 minutes. After the completion, manually inject 0.24MPa compressed air into the cavity, then open the drain valve 1/2 to drain water, and carry out back pressure cooling on the soft bag. Quickly cool down for 3 minutes, manually close the compressed air and tap water, and the temperature of the objects in the box can be reduced to 30-40°C.
