Purification principle
Its basic principle is to use the contact between gas and liquid to transport the pollutants in the gas into the liquid, and then separate the clean gas from the polluted liquid, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the air. After the particle pollutants are in contact with the detergent, the droplets or liquid film spread on the airflow particles or humidify the particles, so that the particles are separated and removed by gravity and inertial forces. Gaseous pollutants enter the washing liquid through turbulent flow, molecular diffusion, iso-mass transfer, chemical reaction and other transfer phenomena, and are separated from the incoming gas. Chemicals can also be added to the wash solution to control odor substances by absorbing them.
The exhaust gas passes through the scrubber, and the gas-produced liquid is treated by reverse adsorption—the liquid is sprayed downward from the top of the tower in the form of mist (or small water droplets). The exhaust gas flows out from the bottom of the tower in reverse to achieve the purpose of gas-liquid contact. This treatment method can reduce the temperature of the exhaust gas, adjust the gas, remove particulate matter, etc., and discharge it into the atmosphere after being treated in the demisting section.
