Jianhuaalcohol still(alcohol distillation equipment, distillation tower) consists of a main body, a tower body, a condenser, a cooler, a buffer tank, and a high-level storage tank.
This equipment changes the traditional tower tank into a concentrator, which integrates concentration and recovery. It is especially suitable for the concentration and recovery of alcohol solvents under normal pressure and high temperature. But not suitable for heat sensitive materials.
It is suitable for the recovery of dilute alcohol in medicine, food, light industry and chemical industry. It is beneficial to reduce production cost and economic benefit. Dilute alcohol of 30-50 degrees can be distilled to 93-95 degrees. The final product has a high alcohol content, which can increase the reflux ratio, but reduce the output of the final product, and the alcohol content of the raffinate decreases by ≤3 degrees. It is a good equipment for alcohol recovery and rectification.
