Jianhuaalcohol still(Alcohol distillation equipment, alcohol distiller) consists of a main body, a tower body, a condenser, a cooler, a buffer tank, and a high-level storage tank.
This equipment changes the traditional tower tank into a concentrator, integrating concentration and recovery. It is especially suitable for the concentration and recovery of alcohol solvents under normal pressure and high temperature. But not suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
Suitable for dilute alcohol recovery in food, light industry and chemical industries. It is beneficial to reduce production costs and economic benefits. It can distill dilute alcohol of 30~50 degrees to 93~95 degrees. The final product has high alcohol content, which can increase the reflux ratio, but reduces the output of the final product, and the alcohol content of the raffinate drops by ≤3 degrees. It is a good equipment dedicated to alcohol recovery and distillation.
