BAT Robot is perfectly integrated with robot control, visual recognition and conveyor tracking technology. It can/accurately track the speed of the conveyor belt and identify the position, color, shape and size of objects through an intelligent vision system. It can also carry out packaging, sorting, sorting and other work according to special requirements. With its fast and flexible characteristics, the BAT robot greatly improves the efficiency of the production line and reduces the operating cost of the enterprise.
1. High speed
The BAT robot adopts a high-response servo drive system and a highly optimized transmission structure, and also combines the robot-specific control system developed by Robotphoenix, which greatly improves the speed and acceleration of the movement. Under the standard stroke, the working speed of the robot can reach within 0.3s, which fully meets the needs of high-speed production.

BAT series controllers are not only motion controllers, but also a machine control system integrating vision processing and belt tracking; the motion control module is responsible for the processing and motion control algorithms of machine kinematics, path planning, etc.; the vision module includes visual calibration, template matching and image processing; the tracking module matches the visual processing results with the operation of the external conveyor line, performs dynamic tracking, and realizes the seamless transition between machine and vision.
