tunnel thruster
Tunnel propellers are divided into CTT controllable pitch propellers and COCC fixed pitch propellers, generally including prime mover, hydraulic system, remote control system and the propeller itself. The prime mover is usually an electric motor; sometimes it can be a diesel engine or a hydraulic motor, which can work under S2-30, S2-60, and S1; the remote system can be connected to Joystick and DP interfaces. The thrusters themselves can be transformed into a retractable configuration when connected to hydraulic cylinders.

The large pitched propeller blades increase the blade ratio, which greatly reduces the probability of cavitation, noise and vibration; the reasonable blade tip clearance significantly improves the propulsion efficiency.
The bevel gear is designed and manufactured by ISO-4 grade, which can meet the requirements of different input speeds; the bearing arrangement with long service life and high precision ensures the gear meshing accuracy.
Reliable materials: Blades and hubs are made of high-strength nickel-aluminum bronze, and drive shafts and gears are made of high-quality alloy steel.
