In 2018 and 2019, Shenyang Baotong built the 405M wide x 26M high hangar door - the largest sliding hangar door in East Asia, and took over all aircraft docking system projects in China.
So far, our hangar door and aircraft docking system and industrial door products have been exported to more than 10 countries around the world.
Shenyang Baotong Door Industry has been focusing on the door industry for more than 25 years, and has undertaken thousands of door industry projects. This 350.2M wide x 27M high sliding hangar door (Beijing Capital International Airport) was built by Shenyang Baotong Door Company and put into use in April 2008. The hangar can accommodate 4 A380 and 3 B747 aircrafts at the same time. It is currently the largest sliding hangar door in Asia for nearly 10 years (now the largest hangar door in Asia is also built by Shenyang Baotong Door Industry Co., Ltd., 405M wide x 26M high, put into use in September 2019)
This is the largest rounded door project in China, built by Shenyang Baotongmen for the Air Force, we overcame many difficulties in the design and construction of this project.
These 12 sets of fabric lift gates were built by Baotong for Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. (BSIC). In 2004, Beihai Shipbuilding Industry moved to Haixi Bay, Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone, and began to build Haixi Bay Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Base.
At present, Shenyang Baotong occupies more than 80% of the market share in China's aircraft docking system field, and has taken over all aircraft docking system projects in China in 2018 and 2019.
The size of this sliding door is 12M wide x 10M high, and it is often used as steel structure door, workshop door, etc. Polytone has manufactured hundreds of these custom sliding doors.
Shenyang Baotong has undertaken all heavy-duty swing door projects in Shenzhen International Exhibition Center, with a total of more than 200 sets. It is one of the largest heavy-duty swing door projects in China in 2019.
