A renowned rubber compounding and molding specialist with over 25 years of experience in the industry.
Maxrubber Industries Sdn Bhd (MRI) started production on 5th January 1989. The core manufacturing process at the time was focused on rubber molded products for automotive and industrial use. It wasn't until 1993 that MRI expanded into the manufacture of tire retreading materials with an upgrade to the composite equipment system.
At present, the product range includes hump (truck/OTR), sidewall plywood, pre-vulcanized tread liner, buffer compound, repair rope, rubber masterbatch and compounds tailored for domestic and foreign customers. To achieve consistent and reliable quality, every step of the manufacturing process is carefully regulated, from raw material sourcing, mixing and extrusion processes, molding, tread design, to packaging.
In a continuous effort to improve, MRI's quality management system was awarded an ISO 9001:2000 award in 2005.
