It can weld gas storage tanks, water heaters, fire tubes, drive shafts, shock absorbers, mufflers, container tanks, pipe butt joints, pipe flanges, pipe elbow tees and other similar workpiece circumferential seam welds in appearance.
Performance
The bed body adopts a horizontal structure, and the welded structural parts are annealed and finely processed to ensure that the bed rails are not deformed; the rotating head is driven by a DC motor or an AC variable frequency motor, and the speed is stable and reliable; the end of the spindle is equipped with a welding fixture or a three-claw chuck. For clamping and positioning the workpiece; the tailstock can be tightened pneumatically or manually, and the end can choose different welding fixtures or movable tips according to different workpiece shapes.
