The automatic argon arc (plasma) circular seam welding machine mainly includes two parts: a specially designed circular seam automatic mechanical part and a standard welding source part.

According to the different requirements of each welding part, the automatic mechanical part of circular seam can be designed as horizontal and vertical circular seam welding machines. Specially designed and produced by our factory.

Standard welding sources include TIG (tungsten inert gas arc welding), MIG (metal inert gas arc welding), MAG (metal active gas arc welding), SAW (submerged arc welding), PAW (plasma arc welding), etc. The mechanical part can be equipped with the standard welding power source produced by our company, and can also be used with other well-known brands of welding power source.

The workpiece rotation drive mechanism is composed of a frequency conversion motor, a reduction box, and a three-jaw clamp, with smooth running and stepless speed regulation.

The pressing, loosening, retracting and welding torch actions of the clamping shaft and the fixing system are all driven by the cylinder, and the welding torch is also equipped with a precise fine-tuning mechanism to achieve the best welding position.

The integrated control system adopts microcomputer control, which is small in size, reliable in operation, simple in interface, easy to modify and maintain.
