The CDZ drill pipe elevator is mainly used for clamping and lifting 18-degree taper drill pipes and tools in oil and gas drilling and well construction operations. The CDZ drill pipe elevator is forged from high-quality alloy steel and has undergone heat treatment and non-destructive testing. The rated load range is 150t (1350kN) to 500t (4500kN), covering pipe sizes from 2.3/8" to 5.1/2" OD. The product shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 8A/8C Drilling and Production Lifting Specifications.
(1). 100% non-destructive testing of key elevator components.
(2). Hydraulic testing is in accordance with API 8C.
(3). Load capacity from 150 tons to 500 tons.
